WATER RECIRCULATION
The U-Brush polisher is available with the option of a water recirculation tank to increase the freshness and longevity of the machine’s water. The water tank is fitted with a manual filter as standard or with the option of a filter conveyor for the automatic removal of soil from the water tank.
HIGH PRESSURE SPRAY JETS
The U-Brush polisher is fitted with high pressure water spray jets to achieve the best polishing and rinsing action on crop, for an enhanced polished finish.

CROP BYPASS
Sometimes, you need the flexibility to polish some batches of crop and not others. In instances where the vegetable polishing process isn’t required, you can simply bypass the U-Brush vegetable polisher, moving crop straight over onto the next part of the handling process. The option of a bypass conveyor over the top of the polisher is a very popular feature, and is also one of the handiest functions when adjusting to different contract demands.
