Service Engineer

Tong Engineering is a well-established and leading manufacturer of vegetable handling equipment in the UK. We are now seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join our growing team.

As a Service Engineer at Tong Engineering, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers’ machinery runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our equipment both on site but mainly off-site.  International travel will be part of the role so the applicant shall require a valid passport and have no criminal record as that may have a negative effect on Visa applications for some countries.  International work may entail longer stays out of the country, but every effort is made to ensure this is no longer than 2-3 weeks without a return home.   You will also be responsible for providing technical support and training to our customers, ensuring they get the best possible service.
