Carrot Grading & Washing Packhouse Handling Line

This video shows a recent installation of a large-scale Tong carrot processing line including carrot grading and washing facilities.

This particular carrot handling line is in operation in Poland.

Featuring stainless steel carrot grading and washing equipment, the line includes a large carrot pre-soak tank, also known as a carrot wet infeed hopper, which soaks carrots prior to washing for an enhanced finish.

The line also includes a high capacity carrot washer as well as carrot length graders, box and bag tippers, filling and conveying equipment.
