The JetFill Tote Filler is Tong’s highest capacity tote filler which offers automated and gentle tote filling. Capable of filling up to 40 totes per hour, the latest model is designed to handle a wider range of tote sizes up to 2700mm high.
Suitable for use on a wide range of crop including potatoes, carrots, onions and more, the JetFill Tote Filler ensures totes are filled quickly and safely. Available with the option of Tong’s advanced Auto-Touch HMI touch-screen controls, the JetFill is extremely user-friendly whilst ensuring crop is carefully bagged for onward transport.

GENTLE HANDLING,
MAXIMUM THROUGHPUT
Designed with throughput and careful handling in mind, the JetFill Tote Filler’s lifting platforms automatically raise empty totes up to the reversible feed conveyor to ensure minimal drop. As the tote fills, crop sensors lower on the tote filler platform until the tote is full.
When totes are full, the platform lowers further again, so the tote is suspended by its handles and the weight of the crop stretches the tote, ensuring crop fills the tote correctly. The platform also ensures the tote sits suitably upright on a pallet.
The tote filling platform then lifts the full tote a little, and the electrically-driven bag hook mechanism releases the tote handles, so the tote can then be removed on its pallet by a forklift. The semi-automatic cycle continues as long as filled totes are replaced by empty ones.

INFEED ELEVATOR
The JetFill tote filler is available with an infeed flighted elevator to carefully raise crop up to the tote filling conveyor. With a standard width of 750mm and up to 4m long, the tote filler elevator features a small hopper at the infeed to ensure gentle handling and no spillage.
INTEGRATED WEIGH PLATFORMS
The JetFill tote filler can be specified with fully-integrated weigh platforms, allowing operators to use the filler to fill to level or pre-determined weights, offering ultimate flexibility to quickly and easily fulfill changing contract demands.
OPTIMUM SAFETY

Designed with throughput and careful handling in mind, the JetFill’s lifting platforms automatically raise empty totes to the reversible feed potato conveyor to ensure minimal drop. As the tote fills, crop sensors lower the tote platform until the tote is full. Once one tote is full, the potato conveyor belt stops and reverses to fill the tote on the other side.
