OPERATIONS
Featuring a 2.5 or 3.8 cubic metre capacity holding hopper at each end of the machine’s main crop conveyor, suited for 1 or 2 ton boxes respectively, the new MonstaFill gently transfers crop to two rubber-lined holding hoppers.
The hopper tanks are fitted with integrated loadcells which allow them to fill to a pre-determined weight ready for discharge into boxes. Once one hopper is full, the conveyor begins to fill the second hopper.
The new filler detects when an empty bin is presented by the forklift and the hopper discharges crop into the box as it is lowered by the forklift. The process means that the forklift then takes the full bin away and returns with an empty bin to repeat the process.
The discharge mechanism of the holding hoppers ensures a very even fill of each bin, and the integrated weight indicators can be set up to transfer the data for each bin directly to your chosen crop statistics database.

HIGH THROUGHPUT FILLING
The MonstaFill is proven to transform box filling throughput, with the capability to gently and evenly fill bins at a throughput of up to 55 tons per hour. The discharge mechanism of the machine’s holding hoppers means a very even fill of each bin at high throughputs.
GENTLE HANDLING
The MonstaFill Bin Filler is fed by a swan neck elevator with minimal drop for the gentlest handling. The MonstaFill can be integrated within any potato and vegetable handling line, to receive crop directly from Tong sizing and sorting systems.
ADVANCED DATA CAPTURE
The integrated weight indicators on the MonstaFill bin filler transfer the data for each box directly to your choice of crop statistics database.
