GENTLE & EVEN VEGETABLE FILLING
Manufactured to offer the gentlest handling of crop by safely holding crop in ‘pockets’ within the vertical filling crop elevators, the UniFill operates with a twin elevator system fed by one reversible crop conveyor. It fills boxes or big bags using one elevator at a time.

MULTIPLE OPTIONS
If your contract demands mean you need to fill big bags and boxes simultaneously, or if you need the flexibility to fill both big bags to boxes depending on the crop, season or contract at short notice, the UniFill from Tong ensures you are able to quickly and gently adapt to these demands as and when the need arises.
The UniFill is a fully-automated filler which automatically lowers the crop elevator into big bags and as the bag fills, the elevator rises. When full, the reversible conveyor automatically reverses to feed the other vertical elevator and the process is repeated on the other side of the machine.
When box filling, the conveyor traverses over the box allowing the vertical elevators to fill boxes evenly and gently. A fixed-top model is available for filling big bags only, in which the crop conveyor is fixed for big bag filling, without the need to traverse.

GENTLE FINGER BELT
Fitted with a heavy duty finger-flighted PVC belt, the UniFill big bag and box filling elevators gently receive crop from the cross conveyor. It holds crop in a ‘pocket’ formed by the belt’s fingers and an outer-fitted crop retaining belt. This ensures crop is held within the belts finger flights until it reaches the bottom of the elevator, guaranteeing minimal drop into the big bag or box.
